We first wrote and edited technical standards and documentation for various departments, including help systems and data migration rules, arriving at a managerial role in the first iteration of the company's touch computing solution.

We manage weekly editorial and writing tasks for the production calendar, as well as conduct interviews and polish automated content as needed.

We developed a content template for the podcast and wrote the first three episodes for the new format.

We coached a first-time author from content development and editorial review to publishing guidance, arriving at a self-published novel available for sale.

We contributed to worldwide culinary publications, authoring James Beard Nominated Mastering Stocks and Broths and contributing to Saveur and The Preserve Journal.

We developed a food product concept, including development of branding and marketing content, which led to three book offers from reputable publishing houses.

Startup Standardization
We advised a young startup on content standards for marketing and support channels, arriving to early acquisition of the company by a reputable buyer.

Atlas Alimenta
We developed the concept for a global repository of preservation techniques that would serve as an open-source standard for home cooks and a protected resource for culinary professionals. This is our sister organization.
